Before working with Eva, I was frustrated with my lack of motivation towards meal prepping & eating balanced meals.  I also struggled with digestion problems & hormonal imbalance.  Eva helped me figure out WHY I wasn't eating the way I wanted to.  She never TOLD me what to do but helped me work through what was holding me back from accomplishing my health goals.  I realized how important it is to have balance & not just focus on calories.  Positivity was the main theme of our sessions.  We focused on what I GET to have.  That helped me to feel that I didn't always have to make perfect choices in order to improve.
