Stress is also poor food choices, inappropriate exercise regimens, too much screen time, poor breathing, dehydration, overthinking, negative mindset, sleep issues, lack of social support as well as other day-to-day habits that chronically stress the body resulting in diminished capacity physically, mentally, and emotionally, whether at home or at work.

My approach is a holistic one.  Holistic wellness is an approach to being healthy that looks at a person’s health in a well, holistic way. This considers a person's physical, mental, and emotional health. Attention to all three is needed to stay balanced. A holistic approach believes that each of these areas work together with the others. 

It's about about eating real, delicious food, drinking more water, moving our body daily (exercise), listening to yourself, responding to your body's needs, getting quality sleep, and managing stress.

Before I started working with Eva, I was very frustrated with my lack of motivation towards meal prepping and eating balanced meals.  I also struggled with digestion problems and hormonal imbalance.  Eva helped me figure out WHY I wasn't eating the way I wanted to.  She never TOLD me what to do but she helped me to work through what was holding me back from accomplishing my health goals.  I realized how important it is to have your whole life in balance not just focus on calories and what NOT to eat.  Positivity was the main theme of our sessions.  We focused on what I GET to have.  That helped me to feel that I didn't always have to make perfect choices in order to improve.
