Eva helps me to just get curious about myself without any judgement.  That is weaved throughout each session.  On a weekly basis, Eva asks me what GOOD things happened during the week.  I LIKE that.  It helps me really start to consciously focus on the positives in my life.  It's really good to celebrate even the tiny wins.
I can see the benefits.  I am excited to try new things and turn them into new healthier habits.
