Baked Mackerel Patties

40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cans mackerel

  • 1 egg

  • 2 Tablespoons mustard

  • 2 Tablespoons chives/scallions

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

  • handful of steamed spinach

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Use a fork to break up the mackerel (you can use salmon, anchovies, or sardines).

  3. Divide mixture into 6-8 balls and place on prepared baking pan.

  4. Gently pat to make patties.

  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
