Ingredients
2 cans mackerel
1 egg
2 Tablespoons mustard
2 Tablespoons chives/scallions
1/4 cup sesame seeds
handful of steamed spinach
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Use a fork to break up the mackerel (you can use salmon, anchovies, or sardines).
Divide mixture into 6-8 balls and place on prepared baking pan.
Gently pat to make patties.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
