Ingredients
1 cup green/brown lentils, cooked
1 large handful collard greens, cooked
1 can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
FOR THE SAUCE
1 cup cashews
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons paprika
2 cups water
S & P to taste
Preparation
Place cooked lentils & collard greens in a casserole dish. Pour sauce on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
