Lentils and Collard Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green/brown lentils, cooked

  • 1 large handful collard greens, cooked

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • FOR THE SAUCE

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 2 cups water

  • S & P to taste

Preparation

  1. Place cooked lentils & collard greens in a casserole dish. Pour sauce on top.

  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
