Ingredients
1 cup millet, soaked for at least 2 hours
1 large onion, chopped
1 turnip, peeled and chopped
1 yellow squash, chopped
red bell pepper, diced
1 cup peas (can be frozen)
2 cups water
Butter
Spices: cumin, curry powder, garam masala, bay leaf, garlic
Preparation
Saute onion, garlic, spices, and butter in the pressure cooker.
Add veggies and water and stir to combine.
Cover, lock lid, and make sure pressure release is closed.
Set to "Rice Cooker" and set for 18 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally (use this time to make a salad if you'd like)
CAREFULLY remove lid. Serve and Enjoy!
