Banana Bread Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour (just take some oats and grind in a food processor until fine)

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 mashed bananas

  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 3 Tablespoons tahini

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine oat flour through salt.

  2. In another bowl, add mashed bananas through tahini and mix thoroughly. Add to dry ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Pour into a prepared baking dish.

  4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

  5. Let cool. Slice and Enjoy!
