Buckwheat and Oat Soda Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 3 Tablespoons flaxmeal

  • 1/2 teaspoon each of baking soda, baking powder, and salt

  • 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 1/2 cups preferred milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Let rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Pour into prepared loaf pan.

  4. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.

  5. Let cool in pan completely before slicing. Enjoy!
