Chickpea Brownies

Prep Time:

40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 1/3 cup almond flour

  • pinch of salt

  • 6 Tablespoons raw cacao

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (or tahini)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 3 Tablespoons milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredient to a blender and give it a good joosh until well mixed.

  2. Pour into pan lined with baking paper.

  3. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Check to see if center is still wet and bake another 5-7 minutes if needed.

  4. Let cool in pan. Cut and Enjoy!
