Chickpea Oat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour

  • 1 1/2 cups chickpea flour

  • 2 Tablespoons flaxmeal

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Dash of salt

  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 2/3 cups warm water

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir.

  2. Add water and the Apple Cider Vinegar and mix well (it'll be sticky)!

  3. Pour into prepared loaf pan.

  4. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes until golden.

  5. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
