Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 1/2 cups chickpea flour
2 Tablespoons flaxmeal
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 2/3 cups warm water
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir.
Add water and the Apple Cider Vinegar and mix well (it'll be sticky)!
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes until golden.
Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
