Ingredients
6-8 fresh figs, washed and sliced
1 cup kefir (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 cup shaved raw almonds
2 tablespoons honey (for drizzling)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Preparation
Start by preparing your serving glasses or dessert bowls.
In each glass, layer a spoonful of kefir at the bottom.
Add a few slices of fresh figs on top of the kefir.
Sprinkle a pinch of shaved raw almonds and a dash of cinnamon over the figs.
Repeat the layering process until the glass is filled, making sure to finish with a layer of almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
Drizzle honey over the parfait.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
Serve and enjoy!
