Ingredients
1 cup oats
2 medium bananas, mashed
Extras: nuts, seeds, frozen fruit, cinnamon, etc. (optional)
Preparation
Process oats in a food processor.
Add to a bowl and add the mashed bananas (as well as any other add-ins you'd like)
Line a cookie sheet, scoop out a tablespoon-sized portion of dough & press gently to flatten into cookies.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Enjoy!
