Ingredients
1 onion, sliced
3/4 cups water
1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup oat flour
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
Dash of salt & pepper
6 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
3 Tablespoons oregano
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix water and 1/2 cup of chickpea flour in a bowl.
Mix in the rest of the chickpea flour with the rest of the ingredients in another bowl.
Dip the onion rings into the water/flour mixture and then in the other mixture.
Bake on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
