Quinoa Porridge

Prep Time:

20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 2 dates, chopped

  • 2 Tablespoons flaxmeal

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and heat.

  2. When heated through, pour into a bowl and top with 1/2 cup of your preferred milk (I used kefir).

  3. Stir until all incorporated.

  4. Top with nuts and seeds. Enjoy!
