Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/3 cup water
2 dates, chopped
2 Tablespoons flaxmeal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a pot and heat.
When heated through, pour into a bowl and top with 1/2 cup of your preferred milk (I used kefir).
Stir until all incorporated.
Top with nuts and seeds. Enjoy!
