Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup riced cauliflower
1 cup water
1/2 cup preferred milk
stewed apple, WITH peel
Dash of cinnamon
Walnuts, sunflower seeds
Nut butter, dollop
Preparation
Add all ingredients, except apples - nut butter, to a blender and give it a joosh.
Pour into a pot and heat until cooked through.
Top with walnuts, sunflower seeds, stewed apples, and nut butter. Enjoy!
