Warm Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup riced cauliflower

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup preferred milk

  • stewed apple, WITH peel

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Walnuts, sunflower seeds

  • Nut butter, dollop

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients, except apples - nut butter, to a blender and give it a joosh.

  2. Pour into a pot and heat until cooked through.

  3. Top with walnuts, sunflower seeds, stewed apples, and nut butter. Enjoy!
